Anchal Jain, Founding Partner 

 

Anchal has 30+ years of entrepreneurial, advisory and academic experience in lifestyle industries. During his career, he has built brands in India and Europe, participating very closely in complete value chain management in the fashion and lifestyle businesses, including trend forecasting and data analytics. He was invited in 2013 by IIM Ahmedabad to serve as the Co-Chair at Creative & Cultural Businesses Programme (CCBP), now a benchmark in lifestyle entrepreneurial learning in India. Anchal has been applying his work on value proposition architecture to help build strategy foundation for top business groups in India and Europe. He has also worked with family businesses on aligning on the enterprise vision, succession planning, building capabilities of family members and professionalizing the business. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he is considered one of the leading marketing experts in the country.

Manoj Kumar, Founding Partner 

 

Manoj has 30+ years of rich experience in Marketing, Sales and General Management with leading global companies like GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Procter & Gamble, Gillette, and Unilever in India and International markets. In his last corporate role, he was Managing Director of GSK Consumer Health business in India/ Indian sub-continent, where he led GSK’s Nutrition, Digestive, OTC and Oral Care businesses. He has worked on building iconic brands such as Gillette, Horlicks, Sensodyne, Pantene, Duracell, to name a few. He is well versed with mapping the consumers “path to purchase” at zero, first and second moments of truth, and influencing behavioral change using online and offline marketing tools. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Bharat Kapoor, Chief Operating Officer

Bharat has a work experience of 13+ years. He has managed operations, sales and marketing, introducing new business verticals and market segments as well as product development for his family business, Faros Simulation System and Faros Technologies (an incubation at IIT Delhi) – a simulation and robotics technology enterprise. He has worked with industries such as Military & Defence, Government Institutions and Corporate customers.  Prior to this he worked with Mott Macdonald Bentley in the United Kingdom for a year. He is experienced in both primary and secondary research and data analysis; managing business projects end-to-end, right from conception stage to building capabilities, leading execution, and monitoring results. Bharat is an alumnus of Cardiff University, United Kingdom, with a degree in Integrated Engineering.

Tanvi Jain Kapoor, Head of Consumer Insights â€‹

Tanvi’s experience ranges across Branding, Marketing, Creative, Consumer Insight and Strategy. Tanvi’s expertise lies in the impact of the alliance between consumer insight and behavior on brand strategy and creative direction. In her last role, she has worked as the lead on creative and social strategy at Creative & Cultural Businesses Programme, at IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to this, she was part of the founding team of Trenspott, a consumer intelligence consultancy, where she led branding and creative direction, she was also part of the analytics team that developed a mapping of the Indian consumers of today. An alumna of Lasalle College of The Arts, Singapore.

Usha Bora, Country Head - France â€‹

 

Usha is an entrepreneur and an ambassador for Indian arts & crafts in France, where she has lived for more than 25 years. After having completed her MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, she specialized in Luxury Brands at ESSEC, France & started her career at L'Oréal luxury products division, Paris. Following the birth of her first child, she decided to reconnect with her Indian roots and founded the home decor & accessories brand Jamini, Paris. Jamini has a flagship store in the Canal Saint Martin district in Paris, and is distributed in 300 concept stores worldwide. She has championed the arts of block printing and handweaving in France and navigates Indian & French cultures with ease, speaks 5 languages, and mentors students at IIMA & gives lectures at ESSEC marketing programs. She is a board member of the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Franco Indienne, Paris and helps French companies understand the nuances of the Indian business environment.
